Fortis Green Marks a Milestone with Masaka Views Groundbreaking

Last Friday was a momentous day for Fortis Green Holdings as we officially broke ground at Masaka Views Eco-Estate: a landmark step in our mission to create sustainable, wellness-focused communities in Rwanda.

The ceremony brought together partners, community leaders, and friends who share our vision of combining modern design, environmental responsibility, and community living. Masaka Views promises to be more than just a residential development; it will be a space where sustainability and comfort go hand in hand, creating homes and neighborhoods that truly enhance the way people live.

The Masaka Views groundbreaking ceremony was attended by, amongst others, Mr Eric Kneedler (U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda) and Ms Michelle Umuringi (Chief Investment Officer, RDB)

This milestone represents the beginning of a new chapter in sustainable housing in Rwanda. With a focus on green spaces, wellness, and community-centric living, Masaka Views will set a new standard for eco-friendly development in the region.
